1Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 8min platform and all its services. They are equally applicable to the 8min website (https://8min.ws), the mobile app, and any related services.

2Account Registration

• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.

KYC Verification Process

KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals and large transactions. You will need to upload a photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days.

3Age Requirement & Eligibility

8min is an adult gaming platform. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from opening an account. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified period after the bonus is activated.
• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x).

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 8min are conducted under defined rules. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG system that is fair and independently verifiable.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In Sports Betting, in-play bets placed after a match has started are subject to separate rules.
• Games or bets interrupted due to technical issues may be resumed or cancelled.
• In the case of an obvious error, 8min reserves the right to void the bet.
• Any bet found to involve match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.

In Live Casino, the live dealer's decision is final. If a technical disruption interrupts a round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.

8Account Closure & Suspension

8min reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Prolonged inactivity for more than 12 months.
• When the user requests account closure themselves.
• A self-exclusion request is submitted under our Responsible Gaming policy.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to you, provided no terms have been violated.
